What is Mindfulness Life Coaching?

Mindfulness Life Coaching uses mindful awareness as the basis for creating change and transformation. Mindfulness helps us become more aware of our patterns and gives us the leverage to change habits, discover our bigger life purpose and improve our capacity for compassion and positive communication.

Life Coaching is aimed at helping clients discover their goals for improvement, define specific strategies for reaching these goals and then enabling the client, through regular coaching, to achieve these goals. It assumes that the client is the expert in his or her life and work and that he or she is creative, resourceful and whole.

My clients come in a variety of forms: people working through personal issues of self-esteem and self-love; people who want to find more meaning in life; people who feel distracted or challenged by compulsive unhealthy coping strategies; and people who are going through major or minor life difficulties or transitions.

I am passionate about helping people discover the love, strength and wisdom that already exist within. I hope to inspire others to be more compassionate and gentle with themselves and others. My unique gift is to help people learn the skills and practices they can use to move through fear and doubt to arrive at a place of authenticity and presence. I specialize in bringing together the outer body, the energetic body and the mind to bring my clients into a state of health, balance, wholeness and awakening.
