What is Mindfulness Life Coaching?
I help my clients by creating a safe, compassionate space for them to explore their dreams and aspirations, and also their obstacles and difficulties. I help people see that they do not need to seek outside for contentment or happiness, but that it already exists within. I help people connect to their heart of longing to be whole and their desire to help themselves and others in difficult times. I take an integral view of personal development, incorporating everything from exercise, to diet, to vocation, relationships and other aspects of life in order to help people see how they can grow into their best selves.
I specialize in issues related to depression and anxiety, life transitions, career and life balance, chronic physical pain, and on the brighter side, finding true purpose in life, becoming your most authentic self, and facing your fears!
